| 摘 要： | 目前,"三农"问题已经成为全社会关注的焦点。要实现唐山市经济的快速发展,首先要解决农村劳动力的转移问题。多年来,唐山市在发展县域经济的过程中,形成了具有鲜明特点的农村劳动力转移方式,即县域经济发展条件下的农村劳动力自我吸收模式。

| Abstract: | At present,the problems of countryside,agriculture,farmers have become the social focus.In order to realize the fast development of Tangshan economy,the first priority is to solve the rural labor transfer problem.For many years,Tangshan City has formed characteristic rural labor transfer mode in developing rural economy.That is the self-aborption of rural labor in developing rural economy. |
