| 摘 要： | 引导高校毕业生走出就业难，是当前和今后一个时期高校毕业生就业工作面临的重要工作。引导毕业生转变就业观念，鼓励他们到基层，到艰苦地区，到中小企业，到非公有制经济领域就业、创业，不仅需要高校加大思想教育和就业指导的力度，更需要政府的干预，政策的支持，全社会的大力倡导。

| Abstract: | It is a fundamental task for college employment assistance to lead the graduates out of the employment problems by changing their employment conceptions. To encourage them to start from grass roots and tough regions, to encourage them to work in medium and small corporations, to encourage them to enter non-state-belonging economic field or establish own business. This requires not only the colleges themselves to intensify the corresponding education, but also needs the government to support with preferable policies and build up a favourable atmosphere in the society. |
