| 摘 要： | 高校扩招后,高等师范院校教育实习出现了一些新情况和新问题。主要是部分师生对教育实习认识不到位;实习生的知识结构不能适应中学素质教育的需要;教育实习时间短,难以保证实习质量;带队教师人力不足等。研究和探讨这些新问题对于深入搞好教育实习是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | Since the expanded enrollment of university, some new conditions and problems have arisen in the educational practice of normal universities, which mostly indicates that some of teachers and students haven't made the right awareness of educational practice, the structure of trainee knowledge can't adapt to the requirement of quality education in middle school, the period of educational practice is so short that the practice quality can't be ensured, and the leaders of teacher in charge of practice are not enough and so on. It is quite necessary to study such new problems for the purpose of effective carrying out the educational practice. |
