| 摘 要： | 瑜伽,以其独特的魅力在我国悄然兴起,特别是很多健身俱乐部有开设这项目,且习练者较多。在高校,也受到大学生的青睐,但在我校体育专业没开设此课程。针对瑜伽对我校体育专业学生身心的特点和作用,以及我校开设瑜伽课程的理论依据和软硬条件等来探讨其开设的可行性,拟为拓宽学生就业面服务。

| Abstract: | Yoga is gaining more and more popularity in China in recent years due to its unique charm.Many fitness clubs offer yoga classes and it has attracted many practitioners.Meanwhile,it is also favored by college students.Nonetheless,the Physical Education Department of Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University does not offer yoga course.Taking into account the positive effects that yoga may exert upon PE students as well as the theoretical basis and teaching and learning conditions that can be provided,the author discussed the feasibility of setting up this course in Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University.The purpose is to enhance the students’ employability and career prospects. |
