| 摘 要： | 本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、统计分析法等研究方法,对福建省17所高校在健美操教学大纲的设置、动作内容选择、动作级别选用等方面是否融入《全国健美操大众锻炼标准》（以下简称《大众锻炼标准》）内容的状况进行较全面的调查与分析,旨在促进《大众锻炼标准》的推广使用和提高健美操教学质量。

| Abstract: | By using methods of questionnaire,literature methodology and statistics analysis,this paper makes comprehensive research among 17 colleges in Fujian Province about whether the setting of aerobics syllabus,the choice of movement,the selection of movement levels and so on are integrated into the 〈the Public Exercise Criterion of National Aerobics(EC)〉or not.It aims at pushing ahead the promotion of EC and improving the teaching quality of aerobics. |
