| 摘 要： | 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘闭塞的原因及其预防护理措施,有效地延长内瘘使用寿命。方法回顾性分析我院22例自体动静脉内瘘闭塞患者的临床资料,分析内瘘闭塞的主要原因,并采取了相应的护理措施。结果采取护理措施后,22例患者中3例内瘘再通畅,血流量≥200mL/min,重新造瘘10例,进行内瘘修补术5例,改为永久性颈内静脉置管4例。结论合理使用和保护内瘘,在血液透析患者中起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the reason and its preventive measures of hemodialysis patients arteriovenous fistula occlusion in order to effectively prolong service span of their fistulas.Methods Information of 22 patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula occlusion were reviewed before the analysis of their main reasons,and followed by corresponding medical care.Results After the medical care,3 cases show the blood flowing again in fistula experiment with the blood flowing capacity 200 mL/min,10 cases show the possibility of fistula reproduction,5 cases are fistulas remade and 4cases show the replacement of permanent internal jugular.Conclusion Appropriate protection and use of arteriovenous fistula can play an important role in hemodialysis patients＇ treatment. |
