| 摘 要： | 最佳原则在特定的系统工程控制中是合理和可行的,但超出特定的范围,就不一定合理和可行。要求事事“最佳”,只能是一种愿望,一种理想;特定时空的最佳状态,也不都意味着价值的实现;“最佳状态”最不稳定,且易导致“物极必反”;“最佳境遇”往往造成生命体竞争能力的退化,因此,需要树立大文化整体观,注重事物发展趋中效应和互动功能。

| Abstract: | The optimum principle is reasonable and feasible in a particular controlled systematic engineering,but it is not necessarily so when it goes beyond a certain scope.Demanding that everything be"best"is nothing but a wish,an ideal;the optimum state in a specific spatio time does not mean the realization of value;"the optimum state"is the most unstable and is liable to lead to,as a Chinese saying puts,"things turn into their opposites when they reach the extreme";and"the optimum circumstances"tend,more often than not,to cause the competitive capacity of living organisms to degenerate.Consequently,it is necessary to set up a view of the general culture on the whole and pay attention to the effect of tending toward the middle and the interactive function. |
