| 摘 要： | 目前,关于中医院校康复治疗学就业质量的研究比较欠缺,且存在人才培养目标和用人单位需求之间信息不同步的问题。该文以云南中医药大学康复治疗学专业2017—2019届本科毕业生和2017—2020级在校学生为研究对象,通过对比分析毕业生的就业质量及在校生的就业意向,旨在探索进一步提高康复治疗学专业就业质量的对策,进一步优化就业服务内容,培养具有中医特色的高质量康复治疗应用型专门技术人才,为我国康复事业尤其是基层医院的康复服务提供后备人才。

Investigation and Research on the Employment Quality of the Rehabilitation Therapeutics Major in Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine |

| Abstract: | At present,there is a lack of research on the employment quality of the rehabilitation therapeutics major in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine,and there is a problem that the information is not synchronized between the training goals of talents and the needs of employers.Taking the undergraduate major of rehabilitation therapeutics in Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper chose the students graduated from 2017 to 2019 and the students enrolled from 2017 to 2020 as the research objects,and conducted a comparative analysis on the employment quality of the former and the employment intentions of the latter,aiming to explore measures to further improve the employment quality of the rehabilitation therapeutics major,further optimize the content of employment services,and cultivate high-quality application-oriented professional technical talents for rehabilitation therapy with the characteristics of Chinese medicine,so as to provide reserve talents for China’s rehabilitation industry,especially for the rehabilitation services of primary hospitals. |
