西藏中小学校长专业发展调查研究

摘    要:该文以《义务教育学校校长专业标准》《普通高中校长专业标准》为依据,通过问卷调查,从专业知识、专业理念、专业能力三个维度对西藏中小学校长专业发展现状进行实证分析,并结合西藏实际,从增强专业地位认同、落实专业标准规范、完善专业成长体系、优化专业支持服务四个方面提出提升西藏中小学校长专业发展水平的策略建议。

Research on Professional Development of Principals of Primary and Secondary Schools in Tibet

Abstract:Based on the“Professional Standards for Principals of Compulsory Education Schools”and the“Professional Standards for General Senior High School Principals”,this paper empirically analyzed the professional development of principals of primary and secondary schools in Tibet from three aspects including professional knowledge,professional philosophy and professional competence.According to Tibet’s reality,this paper suggested that the professional development level of the principals of primary and secondary schools in Tibet should be improved from four aspects including enhancing the recognition of professional status,implementing professional standards,improving professional growth systems,and optimizing professional support services.
