中学生挫折教育的路径探究

摘    要:随着社会环境和教育环境的变化,中学生面临着多种压力。中学生身心发展尚未成熟,抗挫能力不强,在学习和生活中会出现心理障碍。因此,如何提高中学生的抗挫能力成为当下学校教育亟须解决的一个重要问题。通过发挥教师的指导作用引导中学生进行正确归因,在体育运动和社会实践中挖掘中学生积极的心理潜能,通过拓展课程内容和举办趣味性活动激发中学生的积极心理品质,不仅对健全学生人格具有重要意义,也对深入推进素质教育具有现实意义。

On the Path of Frustration Education for Middle School Students

Abstract:With the change in social environment and educational environment,middle school students are facing a variety of pressures.However,due to the immature physical and mental development of middle school students,their ability to resist setbacks is not strong,which leads to psychological obstacles in their study and life.Therefore,how to improve the anti-frustration ability of middle school students has become an important problem to be solved urgently.It is necessary to guide middle school students to make correct attribution by giving play to teachers’guiding role,and to explore the positive psychological potential of middle school students in sports and social practice.By expanding the course content and holding interesting activities to stimulate the positive psychological quality of middle school students,it is not only of great significance to improve the students’personality,but also of practical significance to further promote quality-oriented education.
