摘    要:随着高等教育大众化进程的推进,高职教育己成为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。黑龙江省高职院校近年来发展迅速,但教师师资力量薄弱,成为制约我省高职发展和高职人才培养质量的根本性因素。以人力资源管理理论及我省高职院校教师管理调查数据为基础,对我省高职院校教师绩效管理现状与问题进行深入分析,并提出完善黑龙江省高职院校教师绩效评价体系,加强黑龙江省高职院校教师绩效沟通与反馈,完善培训机制等建议。以期推动和促进我省高职院校快速发展。
