| 摘 要： | 从区域经济发展维度,运用协整检验方法测算分析人工智能产业对国内区域经济发展的实际影响。研究结果表明:无论从短期还是长期看,人工智能产业对国内区域经济均具有强大的影响,而城市,特别是超大城市通过强大的科技资源聚集效应,进一步提高地区经济发展中的生产自动化和智能化程度,同时越来越多的资本替代劳动促进了全要素生产率提升,推动区域经济高质量发展;国内各区域经济的蓬勃发展促进了人工智能产业良性发展,但人工智能发展进一步扩大了各区域的经济发展差异。最后,为推动人工智能产业促进区域经济高质量发展,提出进一步为人工智能发展营造良好创新环境、加强人工智能产业关键技术自主创新,加大人工智能教育投入、培养和壮大人工智能领域人才队伍,促进人工智能融合行业应用、发挥人工智能技术对新型商业模式发展驱动作用等政策建议。

| Abstract: | The artificial intelligence industry, as the engine of a new scientific and technological revolution, is a key driving force for the Global Information Revolution, in-depth analysis of the impact of the artificial intelligence industry on China''s regional economic development, based on China''s regional economic statistical yearbook, China''s artificial intelligence industry development report, China''s regional economic development report and other relevant data, using co-integration analysis, this paper selects four representative indexes of AI INDUSTRY: Market Capacity, employment population, scale of scientific research and number of patent application, and analyzes the actual influence of AI industry on regional economic development from the quantitative angle. The results show that the market capacity, employment, scale of scientific research and the number of patent applications of artificial intelligence have a significant impact on China''s regional economic growth in both the short and long term, to promote China''s regional economic development to a higher quality, but also to further expand the differences in regional economic development, and the vigorous development of regional economy in turn further promote the sound development of artificial intelligence industry. |
