| 摘 要： | 本文以西部能源富集地省区为例,探讨技术差距对煤炭企业跨区直接投资技术溢出的影响,结果显示,与FDI技术溢出迥异,技术差距越大越有利于技术溢出,技术差距较大组得了更高的技术效率.而技术差距较小的样本容易获得企业跨区直接投资技术溢出带来的技术进步,较大组的技术效率贡献大于较小组带来的技术进步.

| Abstract: | With the coal industry data of six Western coal bonanza provinces from 1998 to 2006,the paper computes the contribution of the technological gap to Coal Enterprises Intra-region technological Spillovers by use of a consistent Malmquist Productivity index based on nonparametric approach after grouping by technological gap. The result shows that big technological gap group obtain more technological efficiency change and small technological gap group obtain mole technological change. |
