| 摘 要： | 信息化是企业发展的必由之路。在企业信息化建设过程中,存在缺乏整体规划和针对性、基础信息资源建设不到位等诸多制约因素。因此,做好企业信息化总体规划,对企业进行正确的定位并选择恰当的建设时机,是企业在信息化过程中首先关注的问题。为促进信息化建设,社会和政府也应在体系、法制、政策环境以及资源库方面给予帮助和提供保证。

Analysis on the Construction Status and Development Ideas of Enterprise Informatization |

| Abstract: | Information is the only way for the development of enterprises. In the constructing process of enterprise informatization, there is a lack of overall planning and relevance of basic information resources building is not in place, and many other constraints. Therefore, make overall planning of the enterprise informatization, correctly position the enterprises and select the appropriate building opportunity are the first concerned question in the course of enterprise informatization. Furthermore, in order to promote the building of the information society, the government should also give some help and provide a guarantee at the aspect of system, the rule of law, policy environment and resource base. |
