聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)处理电镀废水的研究

摘    要:采用PAFC处理电镀废水并与聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚合氯化铁(PFC)处理效果进行对比实验,结果表明,PAFC兼有PAC和PFC的优点,形成的絮凝体大而实且沉降速度快。其除水色度比PFC好,除浊效果和絮凝体沉降性能又优于PAC。PAFC可以显著提高去除电镀废液色度的絮凝效果,可以提高Cr6 的去除率,且用量少,适用的pH范围也更广。

Abstract:In order to improve the effection of the treatments of electroplating wastewater,this article uses the PAFC treating electroplating wastewater and carries on the contrast experiment with PAC and the PFC,the conclusions show that PAFC has the merits of PAC and PFC.The PAFC has the big volume and large quality.Its water leakage chromaticity is better than PFC and the flocculation body subsidence performance surpasses PAC.PAFC has the remarkable enhancement to remove the chromaticity.The effect of polyaluminum ferric chloride is more effective than that of PAC and PFC.And also the amount used are a little,the suitable pH scope is broader.
