| 摘 要： | 体育志愿者作为现代体育发展的重要支援,受到了各国政府的高度重视.我国正推进体育公共服务均等化,发展体育志愿者将极大促进我国体育公共服务水平的进一步提高.本文从体育志愿者发展与提高我国体育公共服务水平关系入手,阐述了我国体育志愿者法律制度建设的必要性,并从体育志愿者招募与使用、体育志愿者保障、体育志愿者激励和体育志愿者责任几个方面讨论了我国后奥运会时期体育志愿者法律制度的建设.
