| 摘 要： | 以专利为代表的知识产权已经成为各国参与全球竞争的重要手段。数据表明,专利活动的国际化程度越来越高。分析了1990—2007年我国海外专利的总体格局和发展态势,重点研究了我国在欧洲专利活动特点,结合欧洲专利制度对我国企业特别是中小企业在欧洲的专利申请策略给出建议。
