| 摘 要： | 论述在语义Web技术驱动下，知识组织从物理层次上的文献单元上升到认知层次的知识单元时，在理论和实践层面均发生的重大变化，具体包括语义Web技术对知识组织概念的新拓展、对知识组织目标和任务的新深化，对知识组织原则的新要求、实现知识组织方法的新跨越、对知识组织工具的再丰富以及对知识组织体系的新影响等。

| Abstract: | With the development of semantic Web, there is a great improvement of knowledge organization in theory and practice, from the physical stage to the cognitive one. This paper discusses the impact of semantic Web technology on knowledge organization, including the expansion of concepts, the deepening of objectives and tasks, the new requirements to principles, the new breakthrough of methods, the enhancement of tools and the unexpected effects on the knowledge organization system. |
