| 摘 要： | 本认为大学的中心工作是教学，大学教师必须搞好教学，大学教师教学存在的问题的现实迫切性需要大学教师进行有效教学，指出大学有效教学应是以学科为中心，以学生为中心、以融洽的师生关系为基础的有效教学，论述了实现这三种形式的有效教学对教师的具体要求。

Point out that effective teaching is subject-centre, student-centre and is based on. harmonious relation between teachers and students. The particular requirements for teachers to teach effectively is elaborated. |
