| 摘 要： | 实施制造业信息化,提高企业管理水平,是中国制造业增强国际竞争力最现实和最可行的途径。龙岩市制造业信息化建设取得了重大突破,也涌现了一批较为成功的应用型企业和服务型企业,但信息化的应用和推广在全省还处于相对落后的地位,在企业内部和外部环境等方面都还存在许多问题和困难。在信息化建设中,必须以人为本,引进、开发和培训各类信息化人才,构建制造业信息化服务支撑体系;在企业内部建立统一的公共基础数据平台,逐步建立企业资源计划管理系统(ERP管理系统),实现企业物流、资金流、信息流的一体化,从而在有效控制企业成本、质量的基础上提高企业响应市场速度。

| Abstract: | Implementing the informatization in the manufacturing industry and improving the management of enterprises are the most efficient and reliable sources of strengthening the international competition of China's manufacturing industry.A breakthrough has been achieved in the informatization construction in the manufacturing industry of Longyan,and a number of succeeded enterprises have come forth.However,the application and popularization of the informatization in Fujian are still in a relatively laggard stage,so there are many problems and difficulties remained in and out of the enterprises.We should be people-oriented and quicken the construction of informatization combined with reality,and set up a supporting system of informatization in manufacturing industry by importing,developing and training talents of informatization.A uniform public basic data platform and an ERP supervising system should be built gradually in the enterprises to realize a combination of materials circulation,capital circulation and information circulation.Thus,the enterprises can respond to the market more quickly by controlling cost and quality efficiently. |
