| 摘 要： | 生产力是社会、经济发展的最终决定力量，劳动生产率则是生产力发展水平的集中体现。本文即选取劳动生产率这一生产力发展水平的关键标志为切入点，从总量、三次产业、地区构成等多个角度分析了云南省劳动生产率发展的现状及其发展中存在的问题，在此基础上，从物质基础、生产技术、劳动者素质、产业结构、经济形态和地区经济等多个层面阐述了产生这些问题的主要原因，并对如何进一步提高云南省劳动生产率和云南省生产力发展水平进行了探究和纵深思考。

| Abstract: | Productivity is the final decisive force of the social and economic development, and the labor productivity is the embodiment of the development level of productivity. The present article first analyzes the current situation and problems in the development of productivity of Yunnan Province from such angles as total amount, the third industry and regional structure, and then illustrates the main reasons for the problems viewed from material, technology, qualities of labor, industrial structure, economic patterns and regional economy. Finally, some solutions are suggested to further improve the labor productivity, so as to raise the development level of productivity of Yunnan Province. |
