| 摘 要： | 网络信息资源是社会信息化和信息网络化的必要条件和重要因素。在阐述网络信息资源与传统信息资源区别的基础上，指出了我国网络信息资源建设应遵循的原则，最后分析了网络信息资源建设的方法与途径。
