| 摘 要： | 随着高校教育体制改革和招生规模不断扩大,只有在高校党的基层组织和党员中深入开展创先争优活动,使高校党建工作进一步解放思想、与时俱进、更新观念,善于对党建工作中出现的新情况新问题进行研究,才能有效增强党的基层组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力,才能切实提升高校的党建水平,成为高校在改革、发展和稳定中最坚强有力的组织保证。
