| 摘 要： | 大学生是国家的栋梁,未来的主人,在法治社会,具有基本的法律素养,是他们立足于社会的基本要件。然而,高校的法制教育课并未让大学生们真正懂法,传统的法制教育模式走到了非改不可的尽头。因此,加强对大学生的法制教育已不容忽视。本文将对我国高校法制教育的合理性改革予以探讨。

| Abstract: | The university students will be the pillar and the master of the country in the future.In the legal society,acquiring the knowledge about the basic law is the basic requirement for them to live in the society.But,in the real life,there are many kinds of criminal phenomena continuously appearing among the university students.The legal education in higher school hasn't made the higher students really understand the law.And the pattern of the traditional legal education has to be changed.So,we can't ignore this question about strenghtening the university students'education in respect for the law.This paper will discuss the rational reform of the legal education in our country. |
