奖励的有效运用论析

摘    要:奖励运用得当会产生相当的积极作用。但奖励的运用效率与被奖励者的个体需求、个性差异密切相关。奖励的制度、文化、方式、时机、频率等因素也在一定程度上影响奖励的效果。指出了目前管理中奖励运用所存在的问题,并提出了有效实施奖励的对策建议。

Abstract:Reward used properly will have a considerable positive role. However, the efficiency of the use of rewards is closely related to the individual needs and personality differences. To a certain extent,the reward system,culture, way,timing,frequency and other factors also affect the effectiveness of reward. Through pointing out the existing problems in the use of reward, this article proposes effective measurements of implementation of reward.
