| 摘 要： | 推参阐述方法旨在通过对前提与结果间关联的探讨,使一种可能略微类似于比较法的比较哲学方式成为可能。依照推参阐述理论,每一思维模式均有其内在的、合理的逻辑论证理路。是以,循此对思维模式的比较可以展现各种模式的可资之处及本质属性。于是,我们便会得到一个可供选择的元素集合,进而可以据此寻求出所分析模式的最小公分母。推参阐述尊重每一种文化,尤其是非西方文化的存在价值。正是这种宽容,才会强化对不同文化之思维模式的认识以及其背后之哲学认知。

On the Synepeik Method |

| Abstract: | The Synepeik method applies a style similar to that of comparative philosophy to comparative law by analyzing the correlation between premises and results.According to the theory of Synepeik,each mode of thinking has its inherent and rational logical approach.So,the comparison of various modes of thinking can reveal the essential nature of each.Therefore,having a collection of elements to choose from,you can then seek out the common denominators of the analyzed model.Sypepeik respects the existing values of every culture,especially non-Western cultures.It is this tolerance for different cultures that will strengthen the understanding of different modes of thinking and philosophic cognition underlying it. |
