| 摘 要： | 由发达国家制定的ISO14000环境管理体系国际标准,要求世界各国制造商在确保其自身质量管理和质量保证体系符合系列标准的同时,其生产环境也应满足ISO14000标准要求和自己国家制定的环保法规,并凭借自身在环保技术方面的领先地位形成一道“绿色贸易壁垒”。这对我国和其他发展中国家产品出口提出了新的挑战。

| Abstract: | The ISO14000 international standard made by the developed country dealing with the environment protection, requires all the international makers who should firstly assure their quality management and quality protection to the series standards their production environment to meet the ISO14000 standard and the environment rule made by their own countries. Therefore, those developed countries with their advanced technology make new challenges to our country's export.by forming a green trade barrier. |
