| 摘 要： | 正确认识按要素分配必须用市场经济思维,只有从要素的市场化配置,从要素商品价格支付这个角度才能科学地认识按要素分配.按要素分配包含对人的要素的分配.按要素分配与按劳分配的结合点不在于二者的主辅并列、各司其职,而在于充分保证要素商品交易的公平、公正,在要素资源的效率配置的基础上兼顾收入分配的社会公平,使按劳分配原则的精神实质得到切实贯彻.

| Abstract: | To understand the meaning of the distrbution according to productive factors correctly,we must think it in the light of the law of market economy.Only when we recognize it at the angle that productive factors should be disposed by market and their prices be formed at market,we can see it scientifically.It also included the distribution according to personal factor.The combinative point between it and the distribution according to labor doesn't lie in their simultaneous exist in their major or secondary position and their duties to which they attended respectively,but in abundant justice and impartiality ensured for the trade about productive factors and in the consideration given to social justice in income distribution on the basis of effcient disposition to the productive factors,which will make the substance of distributive principle according to labor carried out conscientiously. |
