| 摘 要： | IT产业在我国国民经济发展中占有重要的战略地位，其劳动关系具有多元化的趋势。目前有代表性的用工形式包括：正式用工、劳务派遣、外包用工和家内劳动等。多元劳动关系虽然有利于IT产业当下的发展，但也需要关注多元化下劳动者利益的保障以利于行业的长期发展。

| Abstract: | IT industry is important in our national economy, and there is pluralism for its labor relations now. The four different labor relations in IT industry are official labor relation, labor dispatch, outsource and homework. Although the pluralism is good for the industry now, the labors＂ interest should be protected for the long-period development of the IT industry. |
