摘    要:多层房屋大多采用砖混结构,尤其是粘土砖房屋居多。房屋受损时,首先以墙体开裂的形式出现。砌体裂缝的出现,不仅影响建筑物美观,也影响建筑物的使用,甚至危及建筑物的安全。根据工程实践和统计资料,这类裂缝几乎占全部可遇裂缝的80%以上。而最为常见的裂缝有两大类,一是温度裂缝,二是干燥收缩裂缝,简称干缩裂缝,以及由温度和干缩共同产生的裂缝。

Abstract:Multilayer houses are mostly built by clay brick and concrete structure, especially the house built by clay brick. When house is damaged, the cracks of wall appear first, which not only affects the beauty and use of building, but also the safe of building. According to the engineering practice and the statistical data, this kind of cracks accounts for almost more than 80% of total. And the most common cracks are temperature cracks, drying shrinkage crack, and cracks caused by both temperature and drying shrinkage.
