| 摘 要： | 企业作为社会经济发展的基础和重要力量，履行社会责任对构建和谐社会有着重要意义。强化企业社会责任，促进社会和谐，首先需要区分企业社会责任与社会义务、社会响应的异同，厘清企业履行社会责任与通过相关社会责任认证、参与社会公益活动等之间的关系，在此基础上，着力构筑一种多层次、多渠道、全方位的企业社会责任约束体系。在该体系中，要以企业自主为核心，并辅以市场约束、政府监管、行业自律、社会机构监督以及社会舆论引导等多种保障机制。

| Abstract: | As the basic and dynamic force for social and economic development, business firms, individually and collectively as well, should take on the sacred mission of building a harmonious society. By clearing up erroneous ideas over the subject, business organizations will invariably and unexceptionally get committed to building a multilayered, comprehensive and accountable social restraint system that features enterprise orientation, market rule, government supervision, trade autonomy, institutional surveillance, and public opinion guidance. |
