| 摘 要： | 介绍了高等教育活动中课堂教学的重要性，论述了教师作为高等学校人才培养活动中最直接的参与者在课堂教学中所起的重要作用。同时针对教师教学建立了5项新的评价指标，从真实的数据出发，定量分析了5项新的评价指标建立的科学性、合理性。
