| Abstract: | The legal system is one of the necessry elements of harmonious society. The harmonious society is formed udner the guaranteeing of the law. The paper deals with the three fundamental conditions to establish the harmonious society as the follows: firstly, the construction of harmonious society relies on the humanity rights safeguarded by law system. Secondly, the formation of harmonious society can not deviate from the justice maintained by nomocracy, and thirdly, the aim of constructing harmonious society is to promote and guarantee the legal system. |
