摘    要: 生存需要、交往需要和成长需要能否被满足,直接影响到组织的绩效和人的工作行为。在影响三种需要满足情况的诸多因素中,收入是最重要的因素。本文从生存需要、交往需要和成长需要三个维度设计了相关的收入观察变量,以江苏省南通市科技人员为例,考察了科技人员收入与三种需要的满足程度之间的关系,进而判断科技人员现有收入的激励作用大小,并提出相关的政策建议。

Abstract:It will influence straightly the organizational performance and people's work action if existence needs and relatedness needs and growth needs are content. The compensation is the most important factor among the many factors of influencing the three needs satisfaction. We choose the scientific and technical personnel in the area of Nantong in Jiangsu province as the respondents and design the three income observation variables of existence needs and relatedness needs and growth needs. The author reviews the relation between the scientific and technical personnel' s income and the three needs satisfaction and estimate the simulation of their current income being big or small and put forward some policy suggestions.
