| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，伴随信息技术在企业生产和管理活动中的广泛应用，企业组织的网络化发展正在引起人们的广泛关注。本文从组织网络化发展的内涵分析出发，探讨了组织网络化发展中创新效率的蕴涵以及建立在个体和团队学习基础上的组织学习机制，并通过典型案例分析，揭示出我国企业在组织网络化发展中所要解决的关键问题。

| Abstract: | Since 1990s along with the applications of IT in the activities of production and management of firm,the widespread attentions have been paid to the firm's organizational networking development.Starting from the contents analysis of organizational networking development,this paper discusses the innovating efficiency and the organizational learning mechanism based on individual and team learning in the process of organizational networking development,and by case studies,this paper also points out the key problems which the firm faces when pushing forward organizational networking development in China. |
