| 摘 要： | 研究高等职业教育人才培养模式有必要对国外高等职业教育进行分析和研究。德国是世界高职教育发展最早的国家之一,其"双元制"教育模式对德国的经济发展产生了巨大的推动作用,成为德国经济起飞的"秘密武器"。"双元制"有其特定的内涵,一元是指企业,另一元是指职业学校。这种模式具有教育理念和教材及教学形式"双元性"、教师和学生身份的"双元性"、考核和证书的"双元性"等特征。对德国"双元制"的许多问题,我们必须有新的认识。

| Abstract: | It is highly necessary to carry out analyses and researching on foreigh higher professional education for the sake of researching on talent-training patterns of higher professional education.Germany is one of the earliest countries in the world that developed higher professional education and its "Dual Systems"educational patterns in history has produced huge impetus on its own economy,also a "secret weapon"promoting the drastic taking off in such a change."Dual Systems"has its specific connotation,one refers to enterprise,the other means professional schools.This kind of pattern has such characteristics of "Dual Nature"of educational ideas and priciples and teaching material and teaching methods,"Dual Nature"of instructors and students respective status,"Dual Nature"of examination and inspection and certificate and so on.We are supposed to have new realization towards the problems in German style "Dual Systems" |
