| 摘 要： | 建党以来，中国共产党对“依法治国”基本方略的探索，经历了中国共产党几代领导集体的艰辛探索。首先是党对社会主义法制建设的初步探索；其次，是党在认真总结和借鉴前人经验的基础上，由“法制”到“法治”，“依法治国”基本方略初步形成的探索；最后，是党将“依法治国与以德治国相结合”的治国方略上升为我们党治理国家的基本方略。经过党的几代领导集体艰辛的探索和不懈的努力，从此我们党走上了“依法治国与以德治国相结合”的科学治国之路。
