| 摘 要： | 本文从我国高校学生贷款的历史与现状分析入手，着重讨论了国家助学贷款、生源地助学贷款与一般商业性助学贷款的不同分工与制度绩效。同时，针对日前中国高校学生贷款制度的功能缺陷，深入考察了它的适应性、稳定性与效率性现状，进而提出构建基于金融“功能观”的高校学生贷款制度可持续发展路径，并进行了相应的政策诠释。

| Abstract: | This article intends to illustrate the history and present situation of the university student loan in China,with a focus on different roles and achievements in implementing various student loans schemes,namely,Government-subsidized Student Loans(GSSL),Hometown-based Student Loans(HBSL) and General-Commercial Student Loans(GCSL).Meanwhile,the author analyzes some defects in function of the loan system from the aspects of its adaptation,stability and efficiency,and attempts to provide corresponding suggestions on policy reform so as to attain sustainability of student loan system. |
