近20年苏锡常地区土地利用格局变化及其驱动因素分析

摘    要:土地利用变化是全球生态环境变化研究的重要组成部分。苏锡常地区作为我国传统的人口密集区和土地高度集约化利用区,土地利用历史悠久。1980年以来, 苏锡常地区社会经济发生了巨大变化,从而引起土地利用/土地覆盖格局的相应变化。本文利用1980年、1995年和2000年的Landsat TM数据对苏锡常地区的土地利用情况进行测量,取得研究区土地利用变化的转移矩阵,据此对苏锡常地区1980年~2000年的土地利用变化情况进行分析,揭示土地利用变化的驱动因素,以得到耕地、林地、草地、建设用地、水域和未利用地变化的驱动因子,为协调土地资源与社会经济发展的关系、制定合理的土地资源利用体系、促进土地资源和社会经济的可持续发展提供依据。研究表明:1980年~2000年苏锡常地区土地利用变化的驱动因素受人文因素和自然因素的共同影响,但主要是受社会经济政策因素影响,自然因素具有相对稳定性。

Abstract:Land use is an important component of global environmental change research.With its dense population and developed economy,SXC region has a long history of land use.Since 1980,great changes have taken place in society and economy in SXC region,which cause the corresponding land use change.The land use change is driven by both nature and human in SXC region.Compare with the economic policy,nature factor is stable.It is clarified that the social and economic policy factors are the main driving forces of cultivated land change.Through statistics and computation analysis of the Landsat TM data of 1980,1995 and 2000, we can conclude that: 1)GDP(x_1),the volume of investment in fixed assets(x_2),the tertiary industry rate(x_4),the agricultural production value(x_5),the forestry production value(x_6),the fishery production value(x_7),the population(x_8) and the urbanization rate(x_9) are in negative correlation with the area proportion of paddy field.The industrialized rate(x_3) is in positive correlation with the area proportion of paddy field.GDP(x_1),the volume of investment in fixed assets(x_2), the industrialized rate(x_3) and the population(x_8) are in negative correlation with the area proportion of dry-land.The forestry production value(x_6) and the urbanization rate(x_8) are in positive correlation with the area proportion of dry-land;2)GDP(x_1),the volume of investment in fixed assets(x_2),the agricultural production value(x_5),the forestry production value(x_6) and the population(x_8) are in positive correlation with the area proportion of forestland.The industrialized rate(x_3) is in negative correlation with the area proportion of forestland;3)GDP(x_1),the volume of investment in fixed assets(x_2),the industrialized rate(x_3),the tertiary industry rate(x_4),the year end population(x_8) and the fishery production value(x_7) are in negative correlation with the area proportion of urbanization land.GDP(x_1),the volume of investment in fixed assets(x_2),the tertiary industry rate(x_4),the agricultural production value(x_5),the forestry production value(x_6),the fishery production value(x_7),the population(x_8),the urbanization rate(x_9) are in negative correlation with the area proportion of rural residential land.GDP(x_1),the volume of investment in fixed assets(x_2),the industrialized rate(x_3),the forestry production value(x_6),the fishery production value(x_7),the population(x_8) and the urbanization rate(x_9) are in positive correlation with the area proportion of other construction land;4) GDP(x_1),the volume of investment in fixed assets(x_2),the tertiary industry rate(x_4),the forestry production value(x_6) are in positive correlation with the area proportion of water.The agricultural production value(x_5),the fishery production value(x_7),the urbanization rate(x_9) are in negative correlation with the area proportion of water. GDP(x_1),the volume of investment in fixed assets(x_2),the industrialized rate(x_3),the tertiary industry rate(x_4),the fishery production value(x_7),the population(x_8),the urbanization rate(x_9) are in negative correlation with the area proportion of virgin soil.
