| 摘 要： | 吸收能力对企业有重要影响,而企业家帮助企业获得成功的一个重要原因就是企业家资本会对企业吸收能力产生影响.研究发现,企业家资本不仅对企业吸收能力产生直接影响,也通过影响激发因素、整合机制和收益独占安排帮助企业有效地获取和利用外部知识,确立竞争优势.

| Abstract: | Absorptive capability is critical for firm performance, and the entrepreneur capital plays a significant influence on the firm's absorptive capability. The research found that entrepreneur capital not only has a direct impact on absorptive capability, but also affects the activation triggers, social integration mechanisms, and regimes of appropriabilirty that will further enhance the role of absorptive capability on firm performance |
