小学教师专业化成长中反思能力现状的调查研究

摘    要:反思对教师专业化成长具有重要意义。教师的反思能力包括教学反思能力和自我反思能力两部分。教学反思能力是教师对自己的教学过程进行反馈和调控的能力,自我反思能力是教师对自身的教育理念等进行反思的能力。反思能力与教学效能感之间存在显著正相关。教师的背景变量对教学反思能力、自我反思能力和教学效能感有不同程度的影响。

Abstract:Reflection is of great significance to the teachers' professional growth.Teachers' reflective ability consists of teaching reflective abi lity and self -reflection ability.T he former refers to teachers' ability to get feedback and regulate the teaching process,while the latter is the ability to refl ect upon their educational ideas.The reflective ability is positively correlated to the teaching efficacy.Teachers' background variants have different impact on the teaching reflective ability,self -reflection ability and teaching efficacy.
