| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育过度现象客观上已经存在,主要表现为大学生就业困难、薪酬水平下降、就业层次降低等,属结构性过度;其成因在于我国高等教育主体公益性引致的低价格供给、国家宏观教育政策的引导驱动、个人非人力资本积累因素影响及标识信号失真使社会对于学历教育过度追捧;高等教育过度现象使本已十分稀缺的高等教育资源造成了极大浪费,应从国家宏观层面进行预测和调控。

| Abstract: | As matter of fact,the problem of over-higher education has taken place in China,which is a kind of structural over education and displays as followings: difficult employment for undergraduate students,declined level for both salary and employment.The causes for the occurrence of this problem are lower price supply of higher education as public goods from Chinese government as well as its macro-higher education policy,both society and individuals excessive pursuing or consumption of higher education with non-manpower capacity factor or wrong signals.The over-higher education gets rise in huge waste of the very scarce resource of China's higher education.Therefore,the sate should prospect and control it in a macroscopic view. |
