| 摘 要： | 中国目前富裕乡镇体育发展的基本特征：1，体育起点低；2，迅猛发展的富裕乡镇体育：体育组织机构多样化；居民对体育的积极态度及体育人口增长趋势；体育经费较充足；体育设施趋于完善；体育价值观的新变化；体育项目与形式有新特点。预测今后富裕乡镇体育发展的基本趋势：（一）在全民健身计划中的地位将越来越重要；（二）在精神文明建设中将起着越来越重要的作用；（三）学校体育将是开展富裕乡镇体育的中心；（四）体育的价值观念将不断更新；（五）体育的发展规模预计今后有三种增长方案；（六）体育社会化程度将越来越高。

| Abstract: | The study start from the current sports development situation of China rich towns,prospects their basic sports development trend from the end of this century to the begining of next century.1. The basic characteristics of current sports development of China rich towns.(1 )The sports starting point is low.(2 ) Sports develop rapidly in China rich towns; sports organization diversity; residents acitve sports attitute ; sports population increase; sports funds is sufficient; sports facility turn to perfect, sports value has new change, sports items and forms have new characteristics.2. Prospect the future basic sports development trend of China rich towns.(1 )The status in The Plan on Fitness For All will be more and more important.(2)The function in ethical and cultral level construction is more and more emphasized.(3)School will become the center for developing sports activities.(4) Sports value will be renewed constantly.(5)There will arise three sports development dimensions.(6)The degree of sports socialization will increase continously. |
