| 摘 要： | 由于人力资源管理外包具有众多优势,越来越多的企业采用人力资源管理外包,但与此同时,人力资源管理外包也不可避免地存在诸多风险。本文首先介绍了人力资源管理外包的概念,然后分析了人力资源管理外包的内容,最后从外包流程角度,对企业人力资源管理外包过程中的风险进行了识别。

| Abstract: | Due to many advantages of the human resources outsourcing,more and more enterprises adopt the human resources outsourcing.However,there are many inevitable risks of the human resources outsourcing at the same time.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of the human resources outsourcing;secondly,it analyzes its content;thirdly it identifies the risks of the enterprise human resources outsourcing in terms of the outsourcing process. |
