| 摘 要： | 高校领导班子建设存在许多影响执政能力的因素,必须引起高度重视。为适应高校跨越式发展需要,加强高校领导班子执政能力建设,必须提高领导班子坚持正确路线,把握方向,科学判断,准确定位等八个方面的能力,采取有效的途径和方式,提高领导班子成员的综合素质,真正做到民主执政、依法执政、科学执政。
