| 摘 要： | 当前，随着计算机和远程通信技术为基础的信息网络的发展，数字档案馆正逐渐成为传统档案馆生存状态的转型。数字档案馆的建设也正处于起步阶段，受到各方面环境因素的制约。本文从政治、经济、法律和人力资源等方面开展了对数字档案馆人文环境的分析，提出了数字档案馆建设人文环境的优化对策。

| Abstract: | At present,with the development of information network based on computer and remote communication technology,digital archives are becoming a transformation target from the existent status of traditional archives.As in the preliminary stage of development,the construction of digital archives is constrained by environmental factors of many aspects.The thesis deals with analysis on humanistic environment of digital archives with regard to politics,economics,law and human resources etc.And the author proposes the optimal tactics on humanistic environment of digital archives construction. |
