| 摘 要： | 教师群体审议是幼儿园课程开发的基础,对促进教师专业成长与幼儿园课程的完善有着重要的实践价值。教师群体审议有多种形式,在实际运用过程中要注意发现和解决出现的问题,并确立相应的激励机制,使之成为教师的自觉行为。
