摘    要:教师群体审议是幼儿园课程开发的基础,对促进教师专业成长与幼儿园课程的完善有着重要的实践价值。教师群体审议有多种形式,在实际运用过程中要注意发现和解决出现的问题,并确立相应的激励机制,使之成为教师的自觉行为。

Abstract:Teachers' collective deliberation is the base of kindergarten curriculum development. Such deliberation could improve teachers' professional development and curriculum's quality. When taking it into practice, the kindergarten should pay attention to its forms and the following problems and how to urge teachers to participate such collective activities.
