| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业提高竞争力的根本所在,尤其在知识经济时代,创新与企业的生存、发展息息相关,企业对技术创新型人才的需求越来越大,作为培养技术应用型人才的职业教育,就应关注企业技术创新活动,改变传统的教学方式,加强学生的创新意识、专业精神的培养,构建良好的企业—职教互动机制。

| Abstract: | Technical innovation is essential increasing the enterprise's competitive capacity, especially in the age of knowledge-based economy. Technical innovation is closely related to survival and development of the enterprise and there is an increasing need of innovative talents in the enterprise . Vocational education ,aiming to cultivate practical talents, should pay attention to technical innovation in enterprises, change traditional teaching methods, raise student's awareness in technical innovation and professionalization, and construct a well-established interactive system between enterprise-vocational school . |
