审慎发展五年制高等职业教育

摘    要:五年制高等职业教育作为一种高职教育规模扩张时期广泛存在的办学形式,自始即存在理论和实践上的困境。笔者认为,在当前高职职业教育提升质量,构建职业教育体系的关键时期不宜作为一种推进中高职衔接的重要形式加以推广。五年制高职在理论、法理、政策操作上,更主要在实践操作中均存在内在矛盾,比较稳妥的推进中高职一体化的方法应是"3+3"模式。

Abstract:As a college-running form during the scale expansion of higher vocational education,five-year mode is confronted with theoretical and practical difficulties from its existence.It is inappropriate to promote five-year mode as a main form to link secondary and higher vocational education under the current circumstances that quality improvement and system construction is highlighted.An irreconcilable inherent contradiction exists in Five-year mode in terms of theory,legality,policy and practice.3+3 mode shall be adopted to advance integration of secondary and higher vocational education.
