| 摘 要： | 在创业成功学中,产业位势与社会资本常被认为是关键因素,但两者的高水平是否对创业必有积极影响,有否交互作用呢?本文以创业导向—绩效关系经典命题为切入点,通过对上海、浙江两地高科技企业的问卷实证,分析两者如何对创业成功发挥作用。结果发现,两者不仅起到了调节作用,而且之间的耦合至关重要。它们的协同发展与配合,是高创业导向企业获得成功的关键。

| Abstract: | In entrepreneurship theory,industry position and social capital often seem as key points.But will the high level of two those facts be positive to entrepreneurship,will they interact or won't? From the perspective of proposition on entrepreneurial orientation and performance,as the survey samples in Shanghai and Zhejiang enterprises,this paper research the industry position and social capital how to play the role in this relationship.Study found that not only both of them plays a mediated role,and has obvious interaction effects.Their construction and coordinated development is critical to the success of the entrepreneurship. |
